Russian forces advance and take control of Bogdanovka

Russian forces continued their advance on a number of fighting axes in Donetsk Province, especially after the major victory they achieved by taking control of Avdiivka recently.

According to reports, Russian forces in the Avdiivka axis continued their advance west and north of the town of Vodyan, and were now 750 meters away from the first buildings in the town of Nataliova.

In western Bakhmut, it was reported that the 200 Russian troops were able to control the town of Bogdanovka, and advanced further towards the north of the eastern part of the city of Chasiv Yar, expelling the Ukrainian forces from those areas.

Ivanov’s 98th Airborne Division continues to fight in the eastern outskirts of the city, and during the battles it took control of a number of Ukrainian forces’ positions there.
