The terrible Gaza war must end

British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak confirmed on Saturday that the United Kingdom is “shocked by the bloodshed” in Gaza and that “this terrible war must end.”

“The entire United Kingdom is shocked by the bloodbath” in Gaza, Sunak said in a statement published 6 months after the start of the war.

He added: “This terrible war must end. The hostages must be released. Aid must flow.”

“We continue to defend Israel’s right to defeat the threat of Hamas terrorists and defend its security,” Sunak explained.

He continued: “We are horrified by the killing of the brave British heroes who transported food to those in need in Gaza.”
