MTV reported that Danny Al-Rashid, who escaped from the State Security prison yesterday, surrendered himself to Lebanese General Security on the Lebanese-Syrian border.

As for Al-Jadeed, it indicated that Al-Rashid was stopped at Al-Masnaa checkpoint while trying to flee to Syria.

She added that Al-Rashid is now in the custody of Public Security, and will be investigated under the supervision of Judge Fadi Akiki before being handed over to State Security.
