Participating in the talks on the Lebanese side are the Minister of the Interior and Municipalities, Judge Bassam Al-Mawlawi, the Lebanese Ambassador to Cyprus, Claude Al-Hajal, the Commander of the Army, General Joseph Aoun, the Director-General of the Presidency of the Republic, Antoine Choucair, the Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers, Judge Mahmoud Makiya, the Director-General of the Internal Security Forces, Major General Imad Othman, The Acting Director General of Public Security, Major General Elias Al-Bisari, Advisor to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Farah Al-Khatib, and Advisor to President Mikati, Ziad Mikati, and Minister of National Defense, Maurice Slim, apologized for not participating in the meeting.

Participating in the talks on the Cypriot side were Foreign Minister Kostantinos Koumpos, Interior Minister Kostantinos Ioannou, Cyprus’ Ambassador to Lebanon Maria Haji Teodossiou, government spokesman Kostantinos Limpiotis, and Commander of the Cypriot Army, General George Tsitsikostas.

The Cypriot President arrived at the airport in the morning, and was received at the airport by Prime Minister Najib Mikati, and from there they moved to the palace.
