Yassin confirms the continuation of the fight against indiscriminate hunting of migratory birds

The Minister of the Environment, Dr. Nasser Yassin, confirmed on the “X” platform that “works to combat indiscriminate hunting of migratory birds in the Dinniyeh region in northern Lebanon are continuing by the Internal Security Forces and the Lebanese Migratory Birds Association in coordination with the Ministry of the Environment.”

He pointed out that “a number of injured birds were rescued and placed in the wild bird rehabilitation center, which is supervised by the association’s president, Dr. Michel Sawan.”
