Regarding support for Lebanon… here is the latest Kuwaiti statement
On Monday, Kuwaiti Foreign Minister Abdullah Al-Yahya announced the imminent reopening of the Kuwaiti Embassy in Syria.
During his attendance at a celebration held by the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development, the Minister of Foreign Affairs renewed the position of the State of Kuwait in support of the Syrian people.
Abdullah Al-Yahya pointed out that support for Lebanon and Syria is under study and that Kuwaiti aid to the Syrian people is continuing and increasing.
He stated in the context that arrangements are being made for a visit to Lebanon. (Russia Today)
