Schools and educational institutions may not be subjected to damage under any pretext
The Minister of Education in the caretaker government, Abbas Al-Halabi, considered that schools and educational institutions are edifices of knowledge and service to society, and they should not be exposed to harm, reactions, or healing under any pretext, no matter how great the differences in opinion.
He called on those concerned to neutralize educational institutions from conflicts and settling scores, especially since Israel demolished dozens of schools and damaged hundreds, and that restoring or rebuilding demolished institutions requires large funding and a long time, which deprives students of the opportunity to learn.
