Nahal recalled: “When the salary correction was approved in 2017, with the work being extended until three-thirty, we categorically rejected that, and today we will not accept that without correcting salaries and wages, while our salaries declined by 97%, and today we receive 3% of their previous value.” If we take into account all the extras and the perseverance allowance, we will not recover 30% of the value of our salaries. Hence, all the temporary solutions that are being prepared do not serve the sector, but rather harm it.”

He pointed out that “talk about a decision requiring a return to the three-thirty hour limit for leaving work has caused great confusion among employees, especially among married female employees who have children in school, so that they will face a major problem at the level of securing transportation for their children, which will be imposed on them, and ensuring their reception at homes in the absence of this family.” In addition, working hours will be useless and without any material or moral value.”

He added: “Today we are fighting the battle of correcting salaries and wages, and we are surprised by talk about conducting a classification and description process, and this requires a long time, without taking into account the opinion of the association, which has repeatedly confirmed that the hand is extended for negotiations and discussion to prepare a draft series of ranks and salaries seriously for the benefit of employees.” .
