Al-Hikmah University organized a solidarity stand with the family of Pascal Suleiman


Al-Sikma University organized a stand in solidarity with the family of the late Pascal Suleiman, in which the university’s president, Professor George Nehme, members of the university council, a number of professors and employees, and a student crowd participated.

Professor Nehme stressed in a speech he delivered that the killing of Suleiman is a very painful incident that indicates the extent of the chaos and lax security that our country, Lebanon, suffers from. He addressed the students, saying: “Our primary mission is to preserve the homeland and build the state by adhering to the laws and institutions and making knowledge and acquiring education a priority in order to confront the violence and state of decadence that Lebanon is suffering from.”

The President of Al-Hikmah University wished everyone to exercise wisdom in these difficult circumstances to ward off temptations.

The audience joined in praying for the deceased, and the university guide, Father Joseph Nile, called for the consolidation of faith in the resurrection, stressing that the night in Lebanon, even if it was long, must be followed by dawn, stressing the importance of preserving values ​​and not surrendering.
