Including two Arab women.. These are the 10 richest cities in Africa!

A specialized report concluded a list of the 10 richest cities in Africa, as these cities include thousands of millionaires (those who have a million dollars or more). Surprisingly, among these cities are two important Arab cities.

The report was issued by Henley & Partners, a global company specializing in the field of residency and citizenship by investment, with its headquarters in the British capital, London, but its offices are distributed in 55 countries in the world, where the ten richest and richest cities on the African continent were included in a special list. >

According to the report, the city of Johannesburg (South Africa) ranked first on the list, as it includes 12,300 millionaires.

This city is home to the largest stock exchange in Africa, and one of the top 20 stock exchanges in the world, and most of Johannesburg’s high-end wealth is concentrated in the suburbs surrounding the “Sandton City” shopping center, which is called “the richest square mile in Africa.”

In second place was the city of Cape Town, which has 7,400 wealthy people. This city contains many of the most luxurious residential suburbs in Africa, including “New World Wealth Prime 7.”

The city currently benefits from the continuing migration of large numbers of wealthy people from other parts of South Africa, and is also an increasingly popular retirement destination for millionaires emigrating from Europe and the rest of Africa.

In third place is the Egyptian capital, Cairo, which was found to have 7,200 millionaires. Henley & Partners says in its report that Cairo “is one of the most important cities in the world historically, as it is home to a large number of billionaires and millionaires, and it ranks third in terms of the number of wealthy people.” In Africa, the rich parts of Greater Cairo include Zamalek, Garden City, and New Giza.”

In fourth place is the city of Nairobi, which includes 4,400 wealthy people. Nairobi is the economic engine of East Africa, and home to some of the oldest and most established luxury residential neighborhoods in Africa. It represents a high percentage of 48% of Kenya’s total wealth and has more than 60% of Millionaires in the country.

In fifth place is Lagos, which has 4,200 wealthy people. This is the largest city in Africa in terms of total population and the home of the Nigerian Stock Exchange. It is also the main city for giant African multinational companies.

In sixth place is the Cape Winelands, which has 3,600 wealthy people and includes many luxury properties that have attracted the wealthy who often retire there.

In seventh place are the cities: Durban, Umhlanga, and Ballito. In these cities there are 3,500 wealthy people. The report treats these cities as one because they are neighboring cities and are located on the Natal Coast in South Africa.

In eighth place is Garden Road, which has 3200 rooms and extends from Mossel Bay to the Storms River on the southern coast of South Africa.

As for the ninth place, the city of Casablanca in Morocco comes with 2,800 wealthy people. It is the largest Moroccan city and is considered the economic center of the country. It includes a number of major companies and is also home to the Casablanca Stock Exchange, which is one of the largest stock markets in Africa.
