How many times has Israel violated the Lebanon truce? A revealing report

Today, Saturday, the Israeli army committed 5 violations of the ceasefire in Lebanon, bringing its total violations since the agreement came into effect 46 days ago to 455 violations, according to what Anadolu Agency reported.

andThe Israeli violations of the agreement, on Saturday, were concentrated in the Bint Jbeil District in the Nabatieh Governorate, and the Tire District in the South Governorate, and included a marching raid, blowing up homes, throwing a sound bomb, and bulldozing operations.

In Bint Jbeil District, an Israeli march fired two missiles directed at a car in the town of Kunine, but the missiles did not hit the target, and there were no reports of any casualties.

In the town of Aita al-Shaab, the Israeli army carried out two waves of house bombing operations, resulting in the sounds of strong explosions that echoed in many southern regions.

Also, an Israeli drone dropped a sound bomb on citizens while they were moving furniture from their home in the town of Aitaroun.

As for the Tire District, an Israeli bulldozer carried out sweeping work in the vicinity of the Lebanese Army’s Hamra Center.

Since November 27, 2024, a fragile ceasefire has been in place that ended an exchange of bombardments between Israel and Hezbollah that began on October 8, 2023, and then turned into a wide-scale war on September 23 of last year.

Under the pretext of confronting “threats from Hezbollah,” Israel committed 450 violations by the end of Friday, leaving 37 martyrs and 43 wounded, according to an Anatolia tally based on official Lebanese data.

These violations prompted Hezbollah to respond, on December 2, 2024, for the first time since the agreement came into effect, with a missile strike targeting the “Ruwaisat Al-Alam” military site in the occupied Lebanese hills of Kafr Shuba. (Anatolia)
