The Syrian Defense Minister announces the start of sessions with the factions

On Monday, Syrian Defense Minister Murhaf Abu Qasra announced the start of sessions with the military factions in order to develop steps for their involvement in the Ministry of Defense.

Abu Qasra said: “Within the directives of the General Command to restructure the armed forces and organize the Syrian Arab Army, we began sessions with the military factions in order to develop steps for their involvement in the Ministry of Defense, as the sessions aim to develop a road map to achieve stability in the organizational structure of the armed forces.”
