A little hope for Olmo to participate in the Super Cup
– There will be no new developments today, Sunday, regarding Olmo’s registration in Barcelona’s list, as legal procedures require waiting until Tuesday, the first working day after the holiday, to submit documents to the Supreme Council for Sports (CSD).
According to the Spanish newspaper Marca, if the committee makes a quick decision granting a precautionary measure in favor of Barcelona, Olmo and Pau Victor may also be able to participate in the semi-finals, but the timelines are very tight.
If a positive decision is not issued in favor of Barça, the club may be forced to go to the regular judiciary, which is the option that the club seeks to avoid.
Joan Laporta is confident that the Supreme Sports Council will grant the necessary precautionary measures to the players, giving the club a slight hope that Olmo can participate in the Super Cup.
