The Biden administration urges Hamas to sign a ceasefire agreement
White House National Security Council spokesman John Kirby announced, “The administration of US President Joe Biden urges the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement – Hamas to sign a ceasefire agreement that would allow the hostages to be released.”
Kirby said, according to Reuters: “The White House welcomed Israel’s decision to send another team to Doha to continue negotiations.”
