Scary details about the Nabatieh raid.. This is the story of 18 Lebanese students who survived the bombing!
Within a few seconds, children on their way to school in the Nabatieh area in southern Lebanon, on Thursday morning, survived an Israeli drone strike.
The raid originally targeted a Hezbollah member, Muhammad Ali Farran, while 3 students were injured as a result of the damage to a minibus that was transporting them to school and which coincidentally passed by the location of the attack.
Bus driver Ahmed Qubaisi (57 years old) narrated what happened. He said: “First, a missile fell in front of us. Then, the windshield of the bus that was carrying 18 minors was broken. I remained in place, then turned back, and then the car in front of us was bombed by a second missile.” .
The child narrated what happened, saying: “We were going to school, and the attack occurred. The bus went backwards, and glass flew at us. We put the bags over our heads, and the car in front of us was burning.”
A source close to Hezbollah reported that the martyr Farran, from the city of Nabatieh, was working as a physics teacher at Hassan Kamel Al-Sabah Public High School in Nabatieh, and its director, Abbas Shmeisani, mourned him in a statement published by the National News Agency.
Later Thursday, Hezbollah announced that it had targeted “with dozens of Katyusha rockets” a military command headquarters in northern Israel, “as part of a response to the assassination carried out by the enemy in Kafr Djal and the injury and terrorization of children.”

The Israeli army, for its part, announced that “about 30 missiles were detected coming from Lebanese territory, some of which were intercepted, while others fell in open areas.”
