In response to Public Security decisions, the “National Campaign to Repatriate Displaced Syrians” suspends movements


The General Coordinator of the “National Campaign to Repatriate Displaced Syrians,” Captain Maroun Al-Khouly, announced “the suspension of the movements and demonstrations that it called for today, in response to the Lebanese Public Security decisions issued regarding organizing the file of Syrians in the country.”

He considered in a statement, “The decision of the Lebanese General Security to organize the file of displaced Syrians is among the important organizational decisions in this regard, as it represents a clear guideline for the path of the return of displaced Syrians to their country, so that if this decision is implemented, it will contribute to developing a comprehensive road map that supports the process.” They will return quickly.”

He revealed that “the decision to suspend the movements was taken after nightly contacts with the forces allied with the campaign.” (National News Agency)
