The White House comments on the “assassination attempt” on Zelensky

White House spokeswoman Karine Jean-Pierre confirmed that reports of an “attempt to assassinate Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky” raise concern in the United States.

She added: “Of course, we are happy that the assassination attempt was prevented. This news certainly causes concern in Washington.”
