Determine the stadium hosting the AFC Cup Final

The Asian Football Confederation announced, on Wednesday, that Karbala Stadium will host the AFC Cup final for the current season, which brings together the Lebanese Al-Ahed teams and the Australian Central Coast, on the fifth of next May.

Hosting the stadium in Karbala will set a historical precedent, as it will be the most important match in the history of this new stadium.

The AFC has set May 11 as the date for the first leg of the AFC Champions League match between Al Ain, UAE, and Yokohama, Japan, at the Japanese Yokohama Stadium, while the return match will be on May 25, at Zayed Bin Hazza Stadium in Al Ain.
