Towards a technical postponement of the municipal elections

The Progressive Socialist Party has decided to proceed with a technical postponement of the municipal elections through a proposal different from the proposals, which the party’s representatives will present to the Parliament, and stipulates setting a date for postponement that will be limited to a few months and without excluding any region, especially the south.

A leading source in the party told the Kuwaiti Al-Anbaa newspaper, “All the blocs are now in an atmosphere of postponement, even if there are positions that oppose the matter, knowing that we are in favor of renewing the work of the authorities and activating them by bringing new blood into them.” Also, most of the blocs and parties do not have the required readiness to qualify for the elections.”
