On the night of Tuesday – Wednesday, the so-called “B.H.” was subjected to an attempted robbery by a “tuk-tuk” driver at the intersection of the town of Benin Akkar, after the first one had boarded the aforementioned tuk-tuk. However, upon his arrival at the Hanin al-Muhammara subway highway, he pulled out a knife and put it to his neck. B.H. asked for his phone and the money he had, according to what the “Lebanon 24” representative reported.

It was learned that the assailant was later arrested when he attempted to cross at an army checkpoint.
