A member of the Strong Republic Bloc, Representative Elias Stephan, issued the following statement: After careful follow-up, we announce that the Ministry of Public Works has begun paving, asphalting, and maintaining the Zahle-Al-Manara-Al-Sayyeda neighborhood road, as promised, even though the security conditions led to a delay in its completion.
