The municipality of Tair Harfa in southern Lebanon called on the townspeople to be patient in returning for the time being.

She added: “According to current data, the deplorable infrastructure situation prevents access to Tair Harfa and normal movement between its homes and neighborhoods. The main and secondary roads are almost destroyed and unsuitable for the movement of any type of vehicle, while the electricity, water, and communications network are severely damaged, making life essential until this moment.” “It is not possible, not to mention the explosive remnants left by the occupation soldiers, which endanger the safety of passers-by.”

He concluded: We call upon our people not to venture at all into the issue of return in order to preserve their safety and to provide the opportunity for the army and civil defense teams to carry out their duty in opening the roads and recovering the bodies of the martyrs. We will inform you as soon as we receive the necessary reassurances in this context.”
