There is no place for terrorist organizations in the new Syria
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan stressed, “There is no place for terrorist organizations in the future of the new Syria,” stressing “the necessity of maintaining stability in the region.”
Erdogan said after meeting with the Prime Minister of the Iraqi Kurdistan Region, Masrour Barzani: “We seek to prevent recent developments from causing destabilization in the region.”
He explained that Ankara “attaches importance to maintaining the stability and security of Iraq, especially in light of the current developments in Syria.”
He also pointed out “the necessity of implementing projects that will increase the stability and prosperity of the region, especially the Logistics Development Pathway Project.”
