A theft worth $85,000 in Baalbek!
The General Directorate of Internal Security Forces – Public Relations Division announced that “on 12-17-2024, a citizen from the city of Baalbek claimed that unknown persons entered her house and stole from it a sum of money consisting of $35,000 and gold jewelry worth $50,000.”
She added in a statement: “As a result of the investigations and investigations carried out by members of the Baalbek Judicial Detachment in the Judicial Police Unit, they were able to identify and arrest the two thieves, namely:
A. A. (Born in 1986, undocumented)
A. A. (Born in 1997, Syria)
It turned out that they were working for the plaintiff.”
He continued: “By interrogating them, they confessed to what was attributed to them, and the gold jewelry and the amount of money were seized.”
The seized items were handed over to the prosecuting party, and the two detainees deposited the relevant reference on the recommendation of the competent judiciary.
