Israel is holding two British deputies … and my pain comments!

On Saturday night -Sunday night, the Israeli authorities detained two British deputies as part of a parliamentary delegation and prevented them from entering their lands, according to Al -Hadath channel.

In the context, British Foreign Secretary David Lami commented on the incident, saying: “Israel’s detention of two British deputies in a parliamentary delegation and preventing them from entering is unacceptable.”

Lami added, in a statement: “I explained to Israeli officials that this is not a way to treat British parliamentarians and we communicated with the two deputies to provide our support for them.”

He continued: “The British government’s focus is on a return to the ceasefire and negotiations to stop the bloodshed, liberate the hostages and end the conflict in Gaza.”
