Lyon Paulo Fonseca coach stopped for nine months

Lyon coach, Paulo Fonseca, was punished for a nine -month suspension

Lyon coach, Paulo Fonseca, was punished for a nine months, after clashing with the referee in the French League.
Fonseca got a red card directly during the match that Lyon defeated Brest (2-1) at the beginning of this month, when he angrily responded to the referee of the match, Benoa Milo, and pushed his head in his face.
The coach then apologized, but he was punished for a nine months’ suspension because of his actions, and he was prevented from being on the seam, bench, dressing rooms, and any official tasks before, during or after the matches until November 30.
Milo talked about Fonseca’s behavior after the match, and told L’Equipe, “He rushed me with a frightening behavior, so I decided to expel him directly. It was a scary and aggressive behavior, something that one cannot imagine from a professional coach.”
As for the Chairman of the Disciplinary Committee, Sebastian Denio, he said that the committee regrets that a large coach in the French league adopts such behavior and abandons responsibility.
He added, “The committee found that the behavior of Mr. Fonseca, who threw himself towards the ruling and shouted at his face, to the extent that they found themselves face to face, is a violation and threat behavior, so he punished him by stopping the line of contact and the dressing room of his team and the referees.”
Fonseca arrived in Lyon in January – January, after his dismissal from Milan, and his period in the club began disastrous, as the team is currently ranked sixth in the French league table, and faces FC Sports in the European League.
