Defense Minister met the Czech and Australia ambassadors and General Kahwaji

The Minister of National Defense, Major General Michel Mansi, met in his office in Al -Yarza, Czech Ambassador, Jerry Delezel, deposited after the end of his diplomatic duties as ambassador to his country in Lebanon. He dealt with him with bilateral relations between the two countries, especially military cooperation.

Minister Mansi discussed with the Australian Ambassador to Lebanon Andrew Barnes in the bilateral relations between the two countries, especially the situation in southern Lebanon, the implementation of Resolution 1701 and the role of Australia in contributing to the army support program.

The Minister of Defense met the former army commander, General Jean Kahwaji.

Minister Mansi also met a delegation from the administrative body of the Lebanese Greek Orthodox Association congratulating him on assuming his new responsibilities, and offered him the association’s work program and projects for the next stage.
