The committee was previously in the previous session, and after it was assigned a number of its members to prepare a formula to integrate the two proposals the subject of the lesson in Law No. 175/2020, to be discussed in this session.

I also continued to discuss the formula that was prepared and previously started discussing it in the previous session, and the members of the committee circulated some of the issues included in the mentioned formula, including auditing in some of the interests, especially the new ones and the moral persons that must be subject to this law and the role of the National Anti -Corruption Commission in dealing with these entities and the limits of the separation between the public sector and the private sector in a way that does not contradict the constitution and the laws in force. On the other hand, I also discussed the application of some penalties that affect public sector employees to workers in the private sector, and the discussion about the issue of tax evasion took a wide space, dealing with the issue of illicit profits in the medical and hospital sectors, which remains a specific specificity due to the concerned authorities and which does not stop the direct professionals in this field.

After circulation and discussion, the committee decided to postpone it to a later session after reviewing the opinion of the National Corruption Department.

2 Due to the limited time, the committee could not follow up the lesson of suggestions related to the military judiciary.

The committee will continue its work in a later session.
