The expensive administration branch studied the law proposals related to the administrative judiciary

The sub -committee emanating from the Administration and Justice Committee held a studied proposal for laws related to the administrative judiciary, a session chaired by the head of the committee, Representative George Aqis, and the presence of MP Halima Al -Qaqour.

The session was also attended by the Ministry of Justice, Judge Nadine Rizk, on the authority of the State Shura Council, Judge Samih Maddah, on the authority of the Lebanese Judges Club, President of the club, Najat Abu Shakra, and on the lawyer of Beirut’s lawyer, lawyer Rizk Zogheib.

In the last session, the committee had previously seen the committee on the observations of the State Shura Council on the report of the Venice Committee related to the proposal of the Administrative Judicial Law, and the discussion was focused on articles related to the formations and transfer of judges.

The committee continued its work in the lesson and discussion of the aforementioned suggestions, so she studied materials related to the effects of rulings, articles related to correcting and interpreting the rulings and the fifth chapter materials related to the implementation of judgments, materials related to correction of material error, and the fifth section materials related to the interpretation of judgments.

After the discussion and circulation, the committee approved modified articles, and the session was submitted that the committee continue its work in the next session.
