“More than 30 immigrants, including two children, were stuck for 3 days on an oil platform off the coast of Tunisia, in urgent need of help.

The organization stated in a statement that a reconnaissance plane monitored the migrants on the oil platform, Meskar, on Saturday, and there was an empty rubber boat to float near it.

“We later confirmed that the immigrants were seen gathered under the blankets on the surface of the platform, trying to take shelter from the winds and waves,” the organization said.

Alarm von, a group that provides to migrants across the sea, said on the X platform that she spoke to immigrants on Sunday, and was informed of the death of one of them, and the suffering of others from the disease.

She added that the immigrants “had not eaten for days” and that they traveled from Libya, and the organization urged the European authorities to move quickly to save them. (24)
