A gift from UNIFIL to support Bint Jbeil Hospital

The “Irishpolbatt Cimic” team, working under the leadership of the western sector of the UNIFIL forces, provided a valuable donation to support Bint Jbeil Governmental Hospital, where the gift received the Chairman of the Hospital Board of Directors, Dr. Lina Bazzi.

Bazzi expressed her thanks and gratitude to the team for their generous support, noting that “the hospital had resumed its activities at the beginning of last February, where 20 doctors work in which they provide medical services to patients.”

She also indicated that “the hospital currently receives about 15 patients per day, with full operation of the emergency room, the intensive care unit, and the dialysis center to meet the needs of the local community.”

The gift included the following materials: 150 blankets, 10,000 liters of water for use in dialysis and 60 liters of sterilization.

This donation reflects the commitment of the Irishpolbatt team to support local health facilities and enhance the continuity of providing basic medical services.

It also reflects the continuous cooperation and humanitarian efforts aimed at consolidating relations with local communities and providing support wherever it calls.
