Al -Sadi met the Jordanian ambassador and discussed with industrialists in sector affairs

The Minister of Energy and Water received Joe El Sadi, at the Ministry’s headquarters, in the River Corniche, Jordanian Ambassador Walid Al -Hadid, and the research dealt with the relationship between the two countries. They also touched on the file of energy and gas leasing from Jordan through Syria.

Likewise, Al -Sadi met the Lebanese Business Council in Kuwait headed by Dr. Ali Al -Khalil, and listened to them on the “role of the Lebanese community in Kuwait”, stressing “the importance of benefiting from Lebanese energies in spreading in the interest of Lebanon.”

Al -Saddi also presented with the Board of Directors of the Society of Industrialists headed by Salim Al -Zaani for the sector’s files related to the ministry, and in the forefront of which are ways to secure electricity and the approved tariff to facilitate competition with foreign industries.

Al -Sadi stressed “the need to support the national industry because it is one of the pillars that the Lebanese economy must rely on.”
