She continued: “Accordingly, and based on the provisions of Law No. 328 dated 4/12/2024, which is published in the Official Gazette, attached No. 49 dated 5/12/2024, the Director General of the Fund issued a media memo on 24/2/2025, which carried the number 781, according to which the suspension of the deadlines spent Legal, judicial, and contract granted to persons of public and private rights, and stipulated in the Social Security Law And the laws and regulations completing it, whether this time is formal, procedural, or customs, from the period between 8/10/2023 to 31/3/2025 implicitly, as follows:

The deadline for submitting an affiliation request to the optional warranty department.

The time for the passage of time to the progress of the disease and maternity guarantee.

The leaving stipulated in Article 80 of the Social Security Law related to some of the obligations and penalties affected by employers as a result of the detention of contributions or the lack of declaration of legal and administrative changes (sale, emptying, …) or lack of declaration of the movement of the procedure (registration, deletion) and not to organize and submit the permit Annual nominal.
