Founding the body of a martyr in the locality of Wadi Qais – Khayyam

Rescue teams in the General Directorate of Civil Defense, in coordination with the army, continue to carry out searches and survey operations in the areas that were previously exposed to the Israeli aggression, according to the directives of the Director General of Civil Defense to assign, Brigadier Nabil Farah.

On the date of 02-13-2025, the specialized teams managed to retrieve the remains of a martyr at the entrance to the locality of Wadi Qais-Al-Khayyam, where they were transferred to the Marjayoun Governmental Hospital for conducting the necessary medical and legal examinations, including DNA tests, under the supervision of the competent authorities to determine his identity .

The General Directorate of Civil Defense confirms its continuation of its humanitarian and national tasks, in cooperation with the Lebanese army, until the completion of searches for all missing persons.
