On the occasion of the anniversary of the martyrdom of Hariri … traffic measures in the center of Beirut tomorrow

The General Directorate of Internal Security Forces – Public Relations Division issued the following:

On 2/14/2025, the twentieth anniversary will be revived for the martyrdom of President Rafik Hariri and his companions in the center of Beirut.

Within the framework of the organizational work of the memory, citizens are hoped that no sharp machine or stick (including the flags) and the like, with the aim of not obstructing the inspection process and facilitating access to the square.

The General Directorate of the Internal Security Forces will also be taken until the end of this anniversary, the following traffic measures:

First: Preventing cars from parking from 24:00 from 13-2-2025 in the following streets:

Muhammad Bin Khalifa Street (Nazlet Al -Wasat House) until Frannik’s intersection

Wigan Street from the intersection of Al -Nahar newspaper until the end of Al -Daouk Street.

Second: Preventing the passage of cars from 24:00 from 13-2-2025 in the following streets:

From the in front of the Eskua building and turning it towards the State Shura Council

From the front of the intersection of Al -Nahar newspaper (Le Gray Hotel), up to Al -Shuhada Street to the Muhammad Al -Amin Mosque

In exchange for the shrine on the shift leading from Damascus Street to Al -Shuhada Street

Banks Street towards Riyad Al -Solh.

Third: Transforming the next walk from the Zion of Zion to the intersection of the Muhammad Al-Amin Mosque towards the George Haddad intersection, as of 24:00 from the date of 13-2-2025.

Fourth: Preventing standing and passing from 24:00 from 13-2-2025 on all the paradoxes leading to Riyad Al-Solh Square and Al-Lazariya Street.

Fifth: Parking for cars will be allocated according to the following:

– The position of the Eskwa to the mechanisms of arrivals from the south, Sidon, and the region, where the mechanisms take the southern line- Beirut- the airport tunnels- the Cola Bridge- Salim Salam’s tunnel and then towards the Eskua.

– Al -Lazariyah’s position for the mechanisms of expatriates from Beirut, where the mechanisms take the Bechara Al -Khoury’s itinerary to the center of Beirut.

– A position opposite the Al -Amin Mosque for the mechanisms of expatriates from Arsal and Baalbek, where the mechanisms take the Bekaa Road – Beirut towards the museum – Bechara El -Khoury to the center of Beirut.

– A position opposite the Martyrs Square for the mechanisms of expatriates from the middle and western Bekaa, so that the mechanisms of the Bekaa Road- Beirut towards the museum- Bechara El-Khoury- then right towards the Avenue of Fouad Shehab until the intersection of the gazelle- then left towards the George Haddad road until the brigades/ summer house.

– A position versus the port for the mechanisms of expatriates from Tripoli Al-Minya, Al-Dinniyeh and Al-Koura, where the mechanisms take the northern itinerary- Beirut towards the session- then Charles Al-Helou station to the Kataeb/Al-Saifi House.

– The situations of the Sea Side (formerly Al-Bayal) for the mechanisms of expatriates from Akkar, where the mechanisms of the North Road- Beirut go towards the cycle, then the Charles Al-Helou station and turn right at the expatriate statue towards the port, then the marine base where the off, then all the mechanisms continue to the situation Mentioned.

Therefore, citizens are hoped to adhere to the directives and guidance of the internal security forces, and with the marching signs set, in order to facilitate traffic and prevent crowding.
