After the formation of the government … a noticeable rise in Lebanon’s international bonds

Lebanon’s international bonds witnessed a remarkable increase today, as they recorded more than one cent after the formation of the new government last Saturday.

Data from the platform of Terupeb showed that the Lebanese bonds denominated in dollars witnessed a significant increase of up to 1.1 cents, bringing the price of bonds to about 18.3 cents across most of the deadlines.
This is the highest level of Lebanese bonds since March 2020, which reflects the optimism that followed the formation of the new government and positive expectations regarding the stability of the Lebanese economy in the future.
