After recent tensions … a statement from the families, clans and people of the northern Bekaa

The families, clans and people of the northern Bekaa were issued, a statement, in which it said:
If you do not know that is a calamity, and if you know, the calamity is greater. This is the reality of the relationship between us, the families, families, and clans of the northern Bekaa and the noble Lebanese state, which whenever we seek the reality of our conviction and our national commitment to integrate into institutions and adhere to the laws, whenever they abandon us and ignore our existence to the ground and human beings, from within a long march during which we left our fate of our efforts with our pursuit, our dignity and our blood.

The statement added: What is happening today on our borders with Syria from the attacks on our lands, military operations and the operations of families of isolation by citizens by the elements of the Headquarters for the Liberation of Al -Sham, brings us back to the dream of betting and adhering to the state’s choice and protecting it, from here we appeal to both the President of the Republic, General Joseph Aoun and Chairman of the Council Representatives Nabih Berri and head of the caretaker government Naguib Mikati and Prime Minister -designate Nawaf Salam, to intervene quickly in communicating with the President of the Syrian Republic, Ahmed Al -Shara and the new leadership, which Lebanon was the first to bless him through an official and friendly meeting chaired by President Naguib Mikati.

And the statement said: We are in the northern Bekaa, we demand Lebanese institutions to play their role and protect the sovereignty of Lebanon, and we express our surprise and resentment of this complete abandonment that is unjustified from a society despite the state abandoning it is determined to integrate under its umbrella.

He concluded: Our situation today is the same as the drowned who is not afraid of wetting, because the Lebanese state has not changed its approach to evading any responsibility, especially towards our region, and therefore there is no way for us except to address and defend Lebanon first and our children, women and elders.
