Egypt: We will not be part of any proposal to transfer the Palestinians

The Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that Egypt rejects any proposal that leads to the displacement of Palestinians from Gaza, stressing that it will not be a party to any such proposal.

This came in the wake of statements by US President Donald Trump about US control of the Strip and his call to Egypt to receive the Palestinians.
