She asked: In front of this painful loss, Lapura is asked to ask all those responsible for the security of the Lebanese: How long will the Lebanese citizen pay from his life and his livelihood the price of the escaping security? How long will he live by chance and die by chance, nor who is held accountable?

She said: Security and safety must be the priority of the covenant and all the covenants, while we see those responsible for securing them absent, whether for a failure or neglect.

She called on the security and judicial services to carry out its duties in the disclosure without any delay in the perpetrators of this crime and all the crimes, and the application of the most severe penalties against them. The leaders of the security services are demanding the conduct of patrols in all regions and neighborhoods, especially in Mount Lebanon, to prevent the recurrence of such crimes, in addition to extending the legitimate authority over all Lebanese lands.

It also demanded all those concerned to beat an iron hand and not tolerate the treatment of illegal illegal existence on Lebanese soil.

And it warned against the state’s failure to do the required in the face of this security escape, because it will constitute an explicit invitation to the peaceful Lebanese to resort to self -security protection for themselves, their families and their livelihoods.

She concluded: Lapura is directed to the families of the victims of these heinous crimes with the most heartfelt condolences, and she heads in particular to the Armenian Orthodox Catholics Aram I Keschyan, the Armenian Orthodox Church and to the late Archimandrite families, the great and small and all Lebanese with my deepest condolences, and pray for the comfort of himself with the righteous and saints.
