The stifling traffic crisis on the coastal highway continued, especially at the town of Jadra, due to the ongoing works on the Jasr -Siblin bridge link, which is implemented by the Ministry of Works and the Council of Development and Reconstruction.

Citizens reported that they have been stuck in the crowd for two hours, with almost complete stopping of the movement of the highway and sub -roads. They also appealed to the security forces to intervene immediately and organize traffic to alleviate the suffering of the transit between Beirut, the south and the Al -Kharoub region.
