Citizens are currently facing new problems related to contracts for renting their apartments in destroyed and destroyed buildings as a result of the Israeli war, especially in the southern suburbs of Beirut.

It was found that the settlements on the rents in the affected buildings significantly did not reach positive results between the owners and the tenants.

Claims also appeared by the first team (the owner), centered on the cancellation of rental contracts with various excuses for the coming period after the construction of the building, in preparation for the imposition of high new rents and thus removing the indigenous people from the buildings in which they were living.
