The hopes of the Lebanon team in qualifying for the global elite group in the Davis Tennis Cup, after the loss of the two-rice duo Hadi Habib and Benjamin Hassan lost to the Peruvian national team in the marital match with a score of 4-6 and 5-7, in the confrontation that Lebanon hosted on neutral land in Cairo-Egypt.

With this loss, Lebanon loses the opportunity to join the elite international teams, despite the strong performance that it presented in the championship, as it previously succeeded in achieving important victories over both Thailand, Jamaica and the Emirate of Monaco.

The Lebanese team will have to wait until next season to try to achieve a dream of qualifying again to the higher level in the tournament.
