The Vice -President of the Political Bureau of the Islamic Group in Lebanon received Bassam Hammoud at the group’s center in Sidon, Chairman of the Palestine Scholars Association in Lebanon, Sheikh Mahmoud Al -Siddiq, accompanied by the head of its office in Sidon, Sheikh Hussein Qassem, and the authority of the commission, Muhammad Baraka, in the presence of the official of the Nasra Al -Aqsa Authority in the south, Attia Hammoud.








During the meeting, Islamic and national affairs were discussed, and Lebanese -Palestinian relations were strengthened, while emphasizing the need to maintain security and stability in all the Lebanese arena and Palestinian camps and respect Lebanese sovereignty.

The importance of adopting a wise approach to Palestinian affairs in Lebanon was also emphasized on the political and social levels, and to enhance cooperation between the concerned authorities.

The meeting saluted the people of Gaza and its Mujahideen for their steadfastness and victory in the face of the Israeli aggression.
