The strong Republic’s bloc wants to participate in the government

The head of the Lebanese Forces Party, Samir Geagea, said that we are with the formation of the government as soon as possible, because the Lebanese people deserve a government that will be of expectations. We want an active and “working” government, not to be a summary of the House of Representatives.

After his meeting with the Egyptian Foreign Minister Badr Abdel -Atab, Geagea added that political action is based on parties, and it is not permissible to treat a party of abuse for Lebanon as the Lebanese forces are treated. There are good parties and parties that are not available, and not everyone should be treated in the same way. There is no natural political life without parties.

He believed that it was in the interest of Presidents Joseph Aoun and Nawaf Salam to have the largest presence of my forces in the cabinet, because the Lebanese forces are the most harmonious party with what President Aoun put forward in the department’s speech, and with what President Salam confirmed in his speech after his assignment to form the government. This is in addition to the achievements made by the forces in the ministries that they previously assumed.

Geagea affirmed that the strong Republic’s bloc wants to participate in the government, and the designated president has new specifications. We hope that it will lead us to form a new government that meets the aspirations of the Lebanese.
