Today, the Minister of Public Works and Transport, Ali Hamiya, launched the website of the General Directorate of Civil Organization, which allows citizens to identify the tasks and powers of the civil organization departments and to guide them to all documents required for various types of transactions and laws in force to conduct within the powers of these departments.

The minister spoke a diet, and said: The start of the signing of civil organization transactions and preparations to prepare a special record related to reconstruction, in order to facilitate the review of requests, transactions and licenses on citizens.

Hamiya stressed that this issue was followed up with the General Directorate of Civil Organization, and the goal is that the citizen be in advance through a website for all the documents and conditions required to complete transactions for any type of licenses issued by the General Directorate of Civil Organization, to facilitate the citizen’s affairs.

A diet indicated the efforts of workers in the General Directorate of Organization, and he said: Today, the electronic portal announces, and the completion of the second phase that belongs to the electronic application with the next government, according to the plans that we have worked on.

He said: From the first day of the ceasefire, we worked to prepare a project related to exempting the affected people and after the law was issued by the Council of Ministers on 12/12/2024.

He emphasized a diet that it must be prepared to prepare a special record for that, so that the Directorate will be in full readiness, after the approval of this law in the Parliament and all of this in order to facilitate and accelerate all transactions.

The preparation for the site was under the guidance of the Minister of Diet, who praised this step, which came thanks to an individual effort from the employees of the General Directorate despite the small material capabilities in the civil organization’s budget, and it constitutes the beginning towards the digital transformation in the administration’s work.

He pointed out that in the coming stage, we aim to enable citizens to follow up their transactions remotely, in order to enhance transparency and facilitate administrative procedures.

He pointed out that the General Directorate of Civil Organization continues the process of reconstruction of the buildings that are treated as a result of the Israeli aggression, and it has initiated a special record of this purpose in all civil organization departments and a special angle of this record on the website of the General Directorate.

He thanked the diet of the General Directorate’s employees for their efforts, and recommended that the digital be their choice for the future, and to continue to work towards more efficient and effective urban administration.
