Proceedings of non-binding parliamentary consultations…the most prominent positions of the blocs and representatives

Today, Wednesday, Prime Minister-designate Nawaf Salam will conduct non-binding parliamentary consultations in the House of Representatives with the aim of forming a new government.

Salam meets with various parliamentary blocs, and has begun his consultations in Parliament with Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives Elias Bou Saab.

Boo is hard

In his statement after the meeting, Bou Saab said that he wished Salam success, and there is a kind of hope and opportunity and we need to act rationally to achieve them.

Bou Saab stressed that Salam is open to everyone and has no intention of excluding anyone, stressing that communication continues between Speaker of Parliament Nabih Berri and President Salam and will continue for the good of the country.

He continued: We do not have any demand regarding the issue of forming the government, which is linked to its performance, and for the President of the Republic to do the required work.
