A new administrative body for the association of owners of rental buildings in Lebanon


The Building Owners Association elected a new administrative body, and the following candidates won by acclamation: Attorney Indira Al-Zuhairi: former head of the administrative body, sworn expert Jean Matar: former treasurer, Hassan Al-Agouz: former secretary, Dr. Muhammad Khashkhash: former advisor, sworn expert Youssef Jaroush : Former Administrative Member, Samir Stephan: Former Treasurer, Claire Azar: Former Secretary, George Al-Hajj: Former Administrative Member, Gaby Shuha: Former Administrative Member Former, Omar Dassoum: former treasurer, and Mrs. Zeina Shatila.

The winning administrative body held a meeting that opened with a speech delivered by the former head of the association, lawyer Indira Al-Zuhairi, who praised the spirit of teamwork and dedication shown by all former members to serve all owners. He thanked everyone who contributed to achieving the goals of the gathering. She also expressed her wishes to the new administrative body for success in performing its duties, calling on everyone to continue cooperation and work to achieve the full goals of the association and support its struggle.

Finally, the internal administrative process was completed and resulted in the election of the following members to the following administrative positions:

Expert Jean Matar as president, lawyer Indira Al-Zuhairi as vice-president, Hassan Al-Agouz as secretary, Samir Stephan as treasurer, and Omar Dassoum as accountant.

The following advisors were also chosen unanimously: Captain and former president Joseph Zogheib, former advisor Dr. Muhammad Khashkhash, and former advisor Abdul Karim Al-Jamal.

The new administrative body stressed its commitment to working honestly and seriously to achieve all the objectives of the association, including achieving rights and eliminating injustice and unfairness from all owners without exception.
