The bulletin stated the following:
-General condition: An area of high air pressure dominates the eastern basin of the Mediterranean, leading to stable weather with a rise in temperatures that exceed their seasonal averages until Friday afternoon, as the region is affected by a depression currently centered in southern Italy, heading towards northern Libya and Egypt, and approaching. Gradually from Lebanon, leading to volatile and sometimes rainy weather, with temperatures dropping over the weekend to return and stabilize starting on Sunday.
Note: Average temperatures for January: between 11 and 19 degrees in Beirut, in Tripoli between 9 and 17 degrees, and in Zahle between 3 and 13 degrees.
