About Iran and Hezbollah.. What did the latest Israeli report reveal?

Israeli writer Ruth Wasserman Lande said that Iran’s threat in the region remains great, despite the damage to its agents in Lebanon and Syria.

The writer, a former member of the Israeli Knesset, said that the Iranian axis has weakened greatly, after the loss of Hezbollah, which included almost all of its senior leaders, led by its former Secretary General, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, in addition to the loss of most of its weapons stock in Lebanon.

The Israeli writer believes that these matters led to an increase in the level of panic in Tehran due to the lack of an alternative to continuing to arm Hezbollah, and this comes in addition to armed groups in Iraq that refuse to continue fighting alongside the Iranian axis.

Despite all of the above, the author believes that the circuitous paths for Tehran to continue its negative influence on the region have not been closed.

In addition to these arenas, Tehran is in a hurry to achieve its ultimate goal of acquiring nuclear capability, which would make its bargaining power extremely important. The writer stressed that while the world focuses on the repercussions of the events in Syria, it is important to understand that the defeated enemy Iran is a very dangerous enemy, and the Iranian threat is still strong and present in the region.
