He called for intensifying work on the file of the actual return of displaced Syrians to their country, as this file today needs a new political approach under a new administration headed by Mr. Ahmed Al-Sharaa in Syria, the key of which is the best relations between Lebanon and Syria, and within the historical extension between the two countries and the strengthening of fraternal, popular, political and economic relations, including It preserves the dignity of the two peoples and the two countries.

On behalf of the delegation, he proposed returning the displaced Lebanese from their Syrian villages to Hermel quickly after the fall of the regime and their demand to return to their historical roots, where their livelihoods and homes were under the supervision of the new Syrian administration, and the completion of reconciliations through which the people of West Al-Asi Al-Nahriyah Al-Tawila and citizens in various Syrian regions were returned.
